Stitched poly fill interior to keep filling in place, no more "empty corners" where the fill has shuffled out of place. Complete decorative piping on top and bottom of 5" gusset. Inner lining is made out of "hospital gown" material to protect against any watery accidents (seams are not sealed). Cover fabric is 6 oz. poly/cotton blend. The removable outer and inner lining are water resistant and machine washable.
